Why do I get small move I can't rich at 30 or 25 always I get 20 move why is that

Which level are you at?
When levels are newly released, they are introduced with few extra moves. But, as the time goes by, the game designers see the pass rate and see how is or hard it is. If a level is too easy to pass with the given moves, they will reduce the moves. That is the reason, you will see less moves.
