I had already paid 799 for 50 golden biscut the cash has been deducted from my account and buscut not yet recieved

Please don't worry!  Since you are playing on Apple device, you will have to contact the Customer Support team.

You can send your complaint directly from your game -->

* Click on Pink Cogwheel you see at the top right corner of the game map screen;
* Click on ? icon;
* Go down to "My Purchases"; 
* Select the option "why haven't I received a purchase on my device";
* You will see some steps provided, follow those.

If you need further assistance, please reply back🍫🍫

I am sorry to know that your purchased items did not reach your game!!

Did you try logging out of the game -- closing the App -- turning off your device and turning it back on -- reopening the App and logging back in?
