Hello Diana are you trying to say that an advert that you watched to gain an extra life caused your game to crash?
I don't understand your post but as per header here is my tip for passing hard levels:
If you are on a good win streak use starting boosters. They may help on your first try. If you get nowhere near on your first try you are likely stuck on a "fail" algorithm and so don't waste your starting boosters any more, because you are likely to fail whatever booster you use for about 20 more tries. If you get close enough to just use one lollipop or switch near the end, USE IT. The game will probably not let you get close again for a long, long time. Alternatively, once you start to get close and see the game drop colour bombs to help you, using starting boosters on your next turn might work.
Don't spend real money or you will lose those ad features!
