Please restore my banner to 9000. I am now over 9300 but my banner says 7000.
I have tried rebooting and other remedies but they havn't worked. Please help.

Sorry about that, this is a known glitch which can be fixed by replying level 9000 again. I know you will have to scroll a bit to get there but it will update the banner if you replay it.

I finished the candy crush royal with 22 straight wins but I didn’t get the 280 gold what should I do. I contacted support but they sent me here.
I had the Super Color Ball and was on level 14612 (approx) and I never lost it but after playing for a while, it disappeared. So for the last few weeks I've been madly playing, winning games and accruing points to win the 240 gold bars. The tournament ends in 12 hours and I've won all the events and now there is no path to accrue any more points.
