This does not make any sense the levels are going up by the minute so ate there multiple ppl playing under one log in or a computer generated game playing?
Levels are counted as you play them. If you play offline, as some people do for various reasons, then all those accumulated levels will only appear on your own device! Without internet there is no way this information can hop onto other player's devices. Only when you connect to the internet does the progress get updated into the cloud to King's server and then from the cloud to other players. So all those levels you played while not connected to the internet will show up all at once on other player's devices once you regain your internet connection. Those other players will then think you are a cheater or a bot because they suddenly see your score jump up by all those levels you passed while you had no internet. But it's all perfectly in order, legitimate and not surprising.
Alternatively, it is possible to play a level a minute, so levels can go up every minute. I played 15 levels in 19 minutes this morning.

By looking at that screenshot, I cannot figure out what's wrong with the race!! Do you have a following screenshot to prove that other players' numbers are going up in a span of minutes?
If you do, that will be helpful to show to the game Studio and report the issue!!
