I recently got a new iPad

Hi, I recently got a new ipad, and although I’m on the correct level after setting up the new ipad, I lost all my friends, and I no longer get any boosters or extra moves with ads. Is there any way to restore that info? I have a feeling the answer is no, since I no longer had the old ipad, and I’m guessing that info was stored locally. Even after 8 years or so of playing, I probably wont stick around if I can’t get those features back, I really appreciated them. Any words of wisdom? Thanks!

Just one question though!! You said you were playing on an iPad before, and now also you have another iPad. Did you ever save your game to iCloud?

Do you still have your old iPad with you? If so, do you want to give it a try and save your game to iCloud? I have heard and know that if we save the game to our iCloud account, you can use the same iCloud account on your new iOS devices also and bring back all of the data!

If possible, I would like you to try that! But, I don't know much information about it as I have not done it personally!!

II try to reach out to Player Support Team through the game but I only get the same automated reply over and over no matter what subject i choose. and there is no "chat with us' but a "contact us"
