I created a new FB account as it doesn't appear that I'll be able to retrieve the old one I've had for years. I played Candy Crush Saga every night and was up to over 2000. Is there any way to retrieve my game?

I am very sorry to hear that you Facebook account was hacked, and you had to restart everything!!
If you contact the King Player Support team, they will be able to help you with restoring your game progress. By any chance, did you save any screenshots from your old game with achieving a special milestone, or your map, etc.,? If you do, that will come in handy to place you exactly where you left off in your old account!!

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
Why I am getting ads to get prizes?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
