`I can access on my iphone but when I launch Candy Crush on my Surface, I get a black screen with an "X" in the upper left. I've closed out, re-launched, etc. Its been a few hours now. Anyone else having this issue besides me? Thanks...

I am playing on my Mac, all systems are updated (IOS, Chrome). I am playing on a browser. Clear my cache, disabled my ad blocker. Will not go past the black screen with an X. Safari lands on the King accept terms plays music, screen goes from Orange KING to black. I can only play on my phone and iPad.

Are you playing the App version of the game? If so, which version of the App do you have right now?
Are you seeing the Blank screen on the Home screen itself or after going to the map screen?
