Candy Crush Won't Load

 Unable to play Candy Crush Saga using Google Chrome on my Surface. I clicked on Facebook. the Candy Crush as I've done for years. First I get a black screen with an "x" in the upper left (which its never done before) then I get the orange King screen, says loading, but it doesn't go any further than that. Then I get a a dialogue box that says it's not responding and am given the options to "wait" or "exit". If I click on "wait", nothing happens. Chrome is completely up to date. I have rebooted several times. This has been ongoing since yesterday. PLEASE HELP

I am having the same problem, cleared my cache. My Mac was just restarted. Won't go past a black screen. Disabled my ad block...Chrome is up to date. Tried on Chrome and Safari, which always still crashes....I can get to play on my phone and iPads...

I am able to open a window and play incognito. This is the only option I see for now.

Hello! I am also able to play incognito. Thank you for the suggestion. Community King - can you please address the issue so that we do not have to play incognito? Thank you!

I just cleared all of my cache and it is now working fine. Give that a try I was reading up on the issue and googled the problem and it suggested trying that thank you for suggesting incognito is that works as well
