I see the message about the glitch. It has been affecting my game for at least 4 days. I tried all the suggestions but none worked. am continuing to play but I am loosing out on all the bonuses. How will all the extras lost over the time period of the glitch be awarded?

I cannot finish a level by using my gold bars. That screen just keeps spinning. There are no events. I cannot ask friends for lives. These errors began at least 4 days ago and I have played close to 20 levels since then. That’s a lot of bonuses I could have earned not to mention the spins I haven’t been able to do. I thought maybe the game was being updated for December 1st so I didn’t report it right away. My husband is not having any issues with his game.

After looking at the screenshots, I am not sure whether it is the glitch that is affecting other players with missing events!! I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team through this link and send them a complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
You will be receiving an automated email at first! It is an acknowledgement that they have received your complaint. If you haven't heard from anybody within 72 hours, please send a reply through that automated email and somebody will get back to you.
Hope they will be able to resolve the issue in your game🤞
