Need help syncing

I am not sure how to deal with this. I logged out of my facebook account and logged into my King account and the levels are different. I deleted my old facebook account back in 2020 and opened a account with King, played to level 4040 before creating a new facebook account. I am now at level 14676 with my facebook account and can't figure out how to get it synced to my King account. I really don't want to lose my current status when I deactivate facebook. I don't want to delete my facebook this time, just take some time away, but don't want to lose over 10000 levels of progress. Help anyone??? Thanks!

Everything in the game and also this community has changed since this thread was started and when these other posts were made @WulfGng . I suggest you either create your own new question about this here in the community, and then hopefully one of the game experts might help you, or probably it's best to access Player support about this. Go into settings in the app, then choose the help centre with the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom. Player Support might be able to help you merge the accounts.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

I hope you are able to sync your FB account with King account via PC and continue playing your game as usual. Otherwise, let us know what else are missing from the steps or try again by following the steps below.

• Go to this page: https://king.com/games 
• In the top-right corner, click "Log in" (If you are already logged in, it will say "Settings", in which case skip the next two steps)
• Log in using your King account username and password
• In the top-right corner, click "Settings"
• Choose the option "Account", then down at the bottom select "Score and progression sync"
• Select "Sync progress" and you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account.

And that's it! Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.

Please note: your progress and Gold Bars will be synced across all accounts and all signed-in devices, but other items like Boosters are stored on your device and are not synced.
