It’s very frustrating when people do not play by the rules and cheat their way to success, and we’re sorry that you have been affected by this.
Please rest assured that King does not condone this behavior in our games. Our games teams are always working on improving our games and finding ways to stop cheating.
If the score belongs to a Facebook friend, you can unfriend them via the Facebook app to remove their high score from your game.
In the meantime, the team is doing whatever they can do improve and get rid of cheaters from our games.
Hello @QueenB are you sure this issue is caused by 'cheating'. This is the second such post regarding too high a score in the Weekly Contest and the other complaint is plainly not cheating as the person has completed more levels than exists in the game (17525).
The last time this issue occurred it was caused by King. have you checked with the Studio to ensure that they haven't made the same programming error again? Based on the number of reoccurring issues that have been fixed more than once it is more than likely that King is behind the high Weekly Contest scores.
I reported someone and they just said "we don't condone it, too bad"
Mine isn't as bad as 5000 levels, but two weeks in a row over 550 levels by Thursday, and by Sunday they're at over 700. There's no way a player over 10,000 levels can play that well/fast unless they're spending a stupid amount of money, or cheating.
I unfriended them, so hopefully that gets rid of them.
Hello @Radlik . Try Player Support to report this player. There have been a number of similar complaints this week, so I think there must have been an issue with the event again during the past week. I think you only need to get within the first three to get the prize for the three weeks in a row chest now? So I hope you still got it. Is this same player showing up again in your game this week?
