i complete the 12 levels for candy royale and got only 17 gold bars

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive gold bars from an Episode Race and Candy Royale!
You will have to contact the King Player Support team and request to send your missing reward. You will have to send 2 separate complaints for both events/features.
1) If you are playing Facebook browser, click on --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
2) If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11 --> click on the Pink Cogwheel -- click on ? icon -- scroll down to Events -- Select "Episode Race" -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- fill up the form and submit your complaint.
** For Candy Royale reward, instead of selecting Episode Race, you will have to choose “Candy Royale”.
NOTE: The Player Support team is backed up now due to the glitch that occurred on Monday. Hence, please expect delays and do not send multiple complaints.
