Chocolate box is stiuck

It's been stuck now for 4 days. I changed the options on it using all 3 options. It's now been stuck on the switch hand - which I don't have and am not purchasing- for 4 days. Please fix it. ID: 1814199102

If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11 --> click on the Pink Cogwheel -- click on ? icon -- scroll down to Events -- Select "Chocolate Box" -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- fill up the form and submit your complaint.
