Hi! I haven’t received my 24 days of Christmas calendar yet. My Events are all gone too!

Did you not receive the Advent Calendar at all or did it disappear? If it has disappeared, there is a glitch that is affecting the game and making the events & features hide behind the curtain😅
So, bring them out, you will have to replay an old level - finish it -- win or lose does not matter -- immediately go back to the map screen -- open the Events folder and you should find all the events & features safe & sound.
NOTE: You will have to follow these steps everyday when you open the the game for the first time of the day. For some players - they had to follow these steps each time they open the game. It's unknown😶
** If replaying old levels did not work, play a new level. You do not need to win, but you will have to go back to map screen as soon as you are done with the level.

Please try closing the App - shutdown your device and restart after few minutes -- reopen the game -- play an old or new level and finish it -- win or lose, does not matter -- go back to the map and open Events folder -- you should find all the events that are available to you.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game
There was a connection issue in the games today!!

NOTE: For some players, replaying one level is not working!! If that happens to you, please play few more levels. But, after finishing each level, go back to the map screen and check Events folder.
** For some players, it is working if you play new levels only!! Even if you play new level, please follow the same steps. Make sure to open the events folder after each try.
