Hello @QueenB I am confused by the Support topic that has been pinned at the top of all the boards today.
The topic is Player Support Team There Is A Delay On Replying Back.
The topic is dated Dec 2021 and states 'as of today-2nd March' there is a problem.
My question is then has the delay been going on since March 2021 or is there currently a delay
