App was crashing I had to reinstall the app. I was well over level 10000! Now am on 11 WTF!! Help me please!!

Thank you for replying back and confirming that you are the only one that is playing the game. Losing our game progress is a common glitch when we share the device, hence the question by our Community Manager!
Did you try replaying level 11 and see if it brings the progress? If not can you try that please?
If that didn't work, you will have to contact the King Player Support team. Please follow these steps⬇️
** You will be receiving an automated email, which is like an acknowledgement to let us know that they have received our complaint. Please wait for at least 72 hours (norm) to hear back from an actual agent. If no one contacts you even after that OR you receive an email asking for your feedback, send a reply to one of those emails and let them know that you are still waiting to be helped.
Contacting Player Support team is a delayed process, as they are one team, but takes care of multiple games. With the glitch that happened yesterday, they are backed up with the requests! So, please expect (more) delays!

Can't I use my Yahoo email to receive verification email for Candy Crush? The link has expired and it says I should request a new verification email via my King account in the game. (Candy Crush) I have tried to but have not received a new verification email to my Yahoo email.
I had logged in my account in new device the old levels are not visible.My level is 846 but in new device its showing level 11 I need to solve this problem, give me solution.

Still waiting for candy royal competition. This is day 5 whitout getting it. Can you developers do something about this. Im only at level 1300 ish and my old account i got it daily now I get it once a week. And it make it hard to advance whit no goldbars. So please do something to fix it.
