Hello. For some reason, my game has stopped updating to the newest seasons. For example, I never got the Halloween updates, fall updates, and now Christmas updates? I’ve deleted the app, logged out, etc. just stays the same. Thanks for any help.

It could be because you are not included in the events OR it could be because of the glitch that has been affecting many players from past few weeks!!
But having just Booster wheel in your Events folder is definitely a glitch. If not for the Holiday events, you should have regular events like Weekly Race, etc., Please follow the steps I have written HERE (click on the green letters).
It is a hassle and gets boring and frustrating to follow those steps everyday!! But, it works... I follow those steps everyday to bring my events out😉
And, with regards to Holiday Season screen on Home page, that is another glitch too!! As soon as I open my game (on any device - iPad, Android phone, FB browser and Windows 10), I see regular screen that you have shown above.
After I play/replay couple of levels and bring out the events, I close the game and reopen it after 15 minutes (or so). Then, Winter season theme appears!!
Please try the steps to bring out the events and let's go from there. If the events are opened and you play one or new levels, may be Holiday Calendar also appears!! Let's hope🤞
For example, my husbands account has the Christmas graphics, tasks, etc with same phone

You have the latest version of iOS, and you have just reinstalled the App, hence it should be at the latest version too!!
I just need to make sure... are you not receiving the tasks & events of the Seasons OR just the Home screen image that is not being updated?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
