I need to go offline in order to keep on playing between each game. I can not retieve weekly awards either, it says I have coonection problems. If I log out I can start playing without having to do this. Is it a bug connected to my user?
Hello @AG123, Here are the steps to follow to contact the Player Support team⬇️
You will be receiving an automated email, which is an acknowledgement. That email contains regular troubleshooting steps you have already followed. Ignore that and wait up to 72 hours for an actual agent to contact you.
Sometimes, it gets delayed depending on how busy they are! Once the 72 hours are over, send a reply through that automated email and wait. If they send you "how did we do" email, send another reply through that, informing that you are still waiting to be helped.
NOTE: Please do not send multiple complaints as it will only delay the solution for your game issue!!

When you contact the Player Support team, there are steps they will be advising you to do first. Most of the players get frustrated or give up as they might have done all that already. And, because of that, they will stop playing the game altogether, as the issues are not resolved.
Since you are here in the Community, I will be able to guide a little bit on what to do after sending your complaint.
Please give me a bit, and I will get back to you with full steps on how to contact the Player Support and what to do after that.
PS! I am playing online when not logged in
IOS 17.1.2. I have tried to log off and on. I reinstalled the game (and lost my boosters) and I have cleared the cache on apps already. Nothing has helped. Clearly it has nothing to do with the ipad (?) since I can play without having to go in flight mode and back when playing without logging into my account🤷🏻♀️

I am not sure what is the reason for the this issue, but I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support Team as they will be able to work with you closely and take a look at your account.
