Keeps telling me there’s a technical issue

Can anyone help me please? This is happening with CCSaga and CCsoda ( CC jelly has started me from level1)

I have been playing for 8+ years and now I can’t access my accounts at all . It started with the extra lives videos not working and then it got worse. Two weeks in and I’m really frustrated …

Depending on how busy they are, it might take up to 72 hours for a real agent to contact you. By any chance they didn't contact you or send "how did we do" email, send a reply to the first automated email you have received tonight, OR to that feedback email. Let them know that you have not been helped. A real agent (not bot) will definitely contact you.

Well I can’t say much for help - exactly the same message as previously which is basically telling me to force quit and restart device (iOS ) . Really disappointed with the lack of response from them but also frustrated as I can’t enjoy any of the games - Saga, Soda, Jelly. This is the longest time I’ve not played.😮‍💨

Which option did you choose? I will check on my iPad and get back to you.

I usually send complaints for missing rewards of the features like Episode Race, Candy Royale. Both those articles do have "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the screen.

We have one button at the bottom of this page too. The benefit of sending complaint from our game(s) is, they will receive our game ID number and email address automatically.

In this Community Forum - except for Community Managers, all of us help out here are also players just like you. Being your co-players, we know how frustrating such issues are. And being a Moderator(s), myself and few others have close access to the Community Managers to discuss about the issues & glitches.

I do not use Twitter, hence not sure how much accurate the link on Twitter is!! We are advised to provide this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact to report the issues in the game.

But, I see that you are able to open the Apps. To contact the Player Support, you do not need to go "into" the game. It is enough if you can open the App and find "Settings" icon.

For example, Candy Crush Saga has Pink Cogwheel (Settings icon) on Home page itself. You just have to click on that -- then click on ? icon. You will be taken to the Help Center. From there, you will have to find an appropriate option to send your complaint.

Please let me know if you need assistance with that or have any further questions🍫🍫

Thanks! That was quick! I messaged King via Twitter but no response and of course I can’t do it through the games as it won’t let me log on.🙈 I am using iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 15.8 .
