Even though my candy crush is updated, it always seems it’s not connected to internet or anything? (My phone is updated as well)
I have service, I went to settings and endured it has internet access, but 90% of the time the events tab said “more events coming soon” like when you’re not connected OR it just leaves the wheel for me.
because of this, I’ve lost my daily streak? It loaded in full for the first time yesterday and my streak went down to day 20 as if I’m not checking in every day.
how can I fix this? I’ve trouble shooted all my issues

I’m having the same problem over the last week. It is very frustrating. Now it’s gone again.

This situation happens very often to me. Normally I would just play a few levels, new or old, and the event tab was restored.
