Why can’t I make purchases any ore?

You will have to contact the King Customer Support team and send a complaint about it, as this Community does not deal with any purchase related issues.

** If you are using a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, you can send your complaint directly from your game⬇️

*  Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Settings icon) on Home page or from the game map screen;
* Click on ? icon to open the Help Center;
* Go down till you see "My Purchases" and click on it;
* Select the suitable option and click on it to open it;
* Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* Fill out the form and submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email as an acknowledgement.  Please wait for 72 hours (max) for a real agent to approach you.
