can’t login

I just got a new phone. I tried to login by using an email, but it says my email is not attached to any account. There is no other email I would use. When I go to candy crush.com it allows me to login with just my username but I can’t find out why it says there’s no email attached and on the app it only allows you to login with an email not a username.

I just need to make sure... are you not able to login into your game?

I have both Kingdom account and Facebook account and I have never used my username as a log-in for the game!! You said you did login by using your username!!
