Are you saying that when you open the game, you do not have any special events and features in your Events folder? If so, are you seeing a red curtain with "events coming soon" and/or only the booster wheel?
If so, it is a glitch and please see THIS post to find out what to do about it.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
