I am sorry to hear that the App store is not working in your game! Which device are you using?
We have received multiple complaints in past few weeks! It was reported to the game studio and they are looking into it. In the meantime, we are collecting all the details about the issue. With regards to lives --> Are you seeing "no connection" pop-up while asking or accepting lives?
