Reinstating candy crush help please

Hi, so I had progressed to approximately level 3777 on candy crush through a Facebook account. I had a past email address which is no longer in use as we changed providers. I had set up a new email address and am no longer able to get into this account. I would really appreciate help getting this sorted out.

1) If you are playing on computer Facebook browser, please use this link to send you complaint by filling the form --> https://soporto.king.com/contact

2) If you are on a mobile device or the App version on Windows10/11, follow these steps --> click on the Pink Cogwheel on game map screen -- click on ? icon -- scroll down and click on Technical & Connection issues -- I would suggest you to pick "Thanks for reaching Out" option -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- fill up the form and explain the issue you are experiencing & submit.

As soon as you send the form, you will receive an automated email, which is an acknowledgement. Please wait up to 72 hours to hear back from a real agent. Sometimes, it gets delayed depending on how busy they are! Please don't get discouraged but try replying through that first automated email.
