The game keeps crashing

I have lost all my saved lives and boosters after the game kept crashing. I had to uninstall and reinstall game and after that everything I had were lost. Tried contacting support but no one has helped. I like to have all the lives and booster i’ve lost back.

I am sorry to hear that you had to reinstall your game, because of crashing issue!

Unfortunately, losing boosters & the lives you have received from your friends is the result of reinstallation!! It is because when you deleted the App, all data related to the game was erased! If you have any purchased boosters, those will be reimbursed.

Regarding King Player Support team - I have heard from 2 more players saying the same!! I wonder if they are having any server issue!! I will try to find out and get back to you tomorrow.
