I want to credit the gold bar I deserved

Dear Sir/Madam,

When I started with level 14346, it also started the Candy Royale and request to pass 14 levels to get gold bar. I passed 15 levels and found I still need to pass 2 more levels without fail. I continued to play and passed totally 17 levels. After I passed the 17th level, the game did not give me any gold bar rewards which I remembered it was around 340 gold bar and I need to start again for another 14 levels to get the rewards......

Before that, I have experience that after I passed a stage of 15 levels, I have won the rewards of 45 gold bars, but I got only 5...

Here I write to you and request totally 400 gold bars which I deserved as when I pass the 17 levels, I used several boosters for win the level.

If you find you don't get your reward in Candy Royale when you pass the level with the cup, close the app and reopen it. It happened to me twice, and each time I got the reward straight away when I reopened the app.

To request a refund from King you need to contact customer support with you complaint. We are all just player like yourself here in the community, King don't read this.
