With regards to Ads, they are still under testing and not available to all players yet!! If you were receiving the Ads, but not anymore, it means that the feature was moved onto other group(s) of players!
If you have never received, it might not be your turn yet It might take a while for all players to receive these testing features as they are sent out few groups at a time. To receive any latest features, all you can do is to keep your game App updated to latest version, make sure there is at least 2GB free space on your device and you are active in the game everyday!
