Connection Error. Always!!!

When ask for lives etc it is always connection error. I have shut down iPad and I phone. In settings, turned airplane mode off and on, wifi off and on Bluetooth the same. Have signed in and out!!!

do you have to sign in with FB or Apple or email the same on both iPad and iphone

I am getting sick of this. Thanks for any help

I just need to make sure... is it Candy Crush Saga, you are having these issues?

Are you having issues only with Lives? From how long has been going on?

How about other features - collecting boosters/rewards from Booster wheel, Chocolate box, etc.? Are they working fine and no connection error?

As long as you are logged into the game with one or other mode -- Facebook, Apple ID or Kingdom account, it is fine! But, I did not understand what do you meant here⬇️
