Unfortunately, no!! As it another change brought in by the candy game Studio! I do not have much information about this, but I can try to find out.
In some levels, this setting really helps! That level is a definite lose and being set to "level does not affect the win streak", I do not have to be worry about losing my Win-streak boosters and Sam's streak bonus. But, Candy Royale will not work with this though!!
