Unfortunately, there is no option to opt out of the feature right now! Please see THIS Help Article link provided by our King Community Team.
But, you can follow the trick that I do... Next time, when Candy Royale pop-up in your game, simply click on "Play". Then, the timer will start and it won't come in your way. Within the given 24 hours, if you play the event or not, it is entirely up to you! But, the pop-ups won't bother you for next 24 hours.
