Why can’t I accept the lives I was sent? The box is greyed out to check???

Hello @dominiquetx🤗 Hearty Welcome to our sweet King Community!
You see the timer at the right end of the Envelope? It means that, you have reached the limit for the day (20 lives), and you can't collect anymore lives for today.
Once your day changes, the timer will reset (in 1 hour & 12 minutes) and you will be allowed to collect more lives. Please check THIS Discussion (click on the Green letters) for detailed information about how this feature works after the change.
