No extra turns after watching ad video

• I don’t reach the Next level.
• Am able to watch a video for extra turns
• after watching it there’s only one possibillity: give up.

This happens constantly. Is this a bug? It is always the same ad. Once in the last two weeks I got another video after which I was able view the next video.

Please follow below steps to send a complaint to the Player Support team⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (from game Home screen or map screen);
• Click on ? icon on the Settings screen;
• Scroll down to Privacy & Terms under Popular Topics;
• Select the 1st choice -- How can I report an Ad in my game;
• There are instructions give on how to report an Ad;
• Scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" and click on it;
• You will have to fill out a form and give the details.
• Submit.

I have never reported an Ad! Hence, I do not know the next steps! Usually, when we report a complaint to the Player Support team, we will receive an automated email. That is not their reply but just an acknowledgement. I would say keep an eye on your emails from sender "King" (not King Community).

Since it is only one Ad that is not working / glitching, I would suggest you to report about it to the King Player Support team.

Which device are you using to play the game? I can try to give you steps on how to send your complaint.
