I just made 6000 and my badge changed on my iphone but not on my ipad.

Try --> logging out of the game -- close the App -- turn off your device for few minutes & turn it back on -- reopen the game and log back in -- Check if your badge updates.
If it didn't work, please replay level 6000 and win it on your iPad.
