I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving any lives in your game!! Last week, there was a glitch on King servers which affected all games! We are thinking this could have causing disturbances and misbehaving with Lives too!!
Can you please try --> clearing the cache (not Data), browsing history, cookies, etc., (depending on the device you are using);
Also, try --> logging out of the game -- close the App -- Turn off Wi-Fi -- shut down your device for 10 - 15 minutes and turn it back on -- turn on the Wi-Fi -- reopen the App and log in -- ask for lives again. Now, see if anybody sends you lives within 24 hours.
