Gold bars disappeared !!!

Hi, I just find that my candy crash automatically logged out so I simply login back to my account(I connected it to apple). But then I realized all my gold bar were gone once I log back in. There should be approximately 1500 bars, I didn’t purchase any props and now I got only 2 left…. This is so heartbreaking cause I used a lot of time to accumulate those gold bars…. I have tried to leave a message in the support form and I only get a non-relevant auto-reply which does not contain any useful information… what should I do and where can I ask for help….. thx

    I am sorry to hear that you lost your Gold Bars in the game!!

    Did you try logging out again? If not, please try these steps --> log out of the game -- close the App -- disconnect Wi-Fi -- turn off your device -- turn it back on after 10-15 minutes -- turn on the WiFi -- log back into the game again -- see if the Gold bars are back.


    With regards to contacting the Player Support team --> That automated email is generic response all of us receive after we send a complaint. It works as an acknowledgement to let us know that King received our complaint.

    Please wait up to 72 hours (minimum) to hear back from an actual agent. If nobody reaches out to you, please send a reply through that automated email (you will see "reply above this line" written somewhere in that email), and inform them that you are still waiting to be helped.

    Contacting the Player Support team is a delayed process as they have to take care of all 12 King Saga games. But, please don't give up! You have to be persistent and patient (a lot)!!

    I have tried to login and out for multiple times and still they are gone… Sad to hear that i need to wait for at least 72 hours to wait for someone’s help. Have you ever heard of some cases similar to mine and could they successfully get their golds back? It is so frustrating to lose all my efforts…

    It really depends on how busy the Support Team is, Kelsey!

    But, yes, of course!🤩 There is another player that came in with same complaint yesterday or day before. They are still trying to get their GB back.

    There was another player I have talked to couple of months ago. They did receive their GB after a bit of effort👍️
