I won this level on the last move. But the game failed to give it to me.

There have been a few posts like yours recently. It is always on the last move and after all the candies have stopped dropping after the final cascade. I don't think a player has ever truly been cheated like this on a deliberate last move, where they themselves moved the candies to make a match or planned ahead for the match to happen. The algorithm is preset to either allow a player to pass, to fail badly or to get really close but fail. Yours was set to leave you just one move/candy short, so the game ignored the fact that there is this match of three greens. It's not random and it's not luck. This is a very common scenario and I am sure it is part of the plan by King to make players spend boosters.
