Which device are you using to play the game? Also, can you post a screenshot of your level board as soon as you open it? Sometimes, the levels vary and sometimes, they vary from the device we use too!!

The trick is to use your frog to hit the skulls. The quickest way to feed it is to match the color bomb with the color of the frog.
When the frog is flashing, place the frog next to the skull to hit it. Repeat until the skulls are gone.
Watch out for an opportunity to get the CB+CB combo. This combo can feed the frog and hit the skull in one move, and, when the dragons are unlocked, it can help to bring several dragons to the exit at the same time.
