The trick is to use your frog to hit the skulls. The quickest way to feed it is to match the color bomb with the color of the frog.
When the frog is flashing, place the frog next to the skull to hit it. Repeat until the skulls are gone.
Watch out for an opportunity to get the CB+CB combo. This combo can feed the frog and hit the skull in one move, and, when the dragons are unlocked, it can help to bring several dragons to the exit at the same time.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
