While working through the special holiday adventure path, level 32 had an error where it loaded all of my power ups I had built up and resulted in “no available switches” without me making a single switch and automatically having me lose. This usually on other levels has my power ups drop in mid game to avoid this. Due to this occurring I lost all my sweet streak power ups and my spot in a candy royale.

I am sorry to hear about the glitch in your game!! You are the 2nd player in last 12 hours to complain about this!! To report the issue, I will have to wait till Monday as our Candy Community In-charge is off for the weekend.
But, I would recommend you to report to the Player Support team. When there is a spike in the complaints about one specific thing, they will note it down and report to the game Studio.
