Gold charged but game froze

I opted to use 10 gold to continue playing a level but the game froze and I was unable to play the level but my gold was deducted.

• click on the Pink Cogwheel on game map screen;
• click on ? icon;
• scroll down to "My Purchases" under Popular Topics;
• Select the option that best suits you;
• scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• fill up the form and submit your complaint.
