My silver chocolate boosters freeze and say connection issue. All other boosters and games are fine. Very frustrating. How can I fix it?

Players were experiencing issues with the Chocolate Box last week or so, which was fixed.
Can you please try these steps⬇️
Log out of the game -- close the App -- restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes -- reopen the App -- log back in. See if that works with the issue.
If you are using a Mobile device, check your App store / Google Play Store and see if there are any updates available. If there is, please install them.
