I can't pass level 1703. What is the trick.

It's a legendary level and if it looks like my version then there isn't really a special trick.

You need to destroy the two cake bombs first the one at the top, then the one on the left. The jellies and liquorice will automatically disappear and the dragons drop when both cake bombs are destroyed. So concentrate on creating combos with striped candies which will hit the cake at the top first, then the one at the bottom. With legendary levels like this one I always follow the first two moves as suggested by the game. This will access the intended algorithm for the level and if there is going to be lucky board, following the first suggested move may trigger it. If the game is willing it will help you by giving you the right opportunities to create combos of special candies, so you need to watch out for any chance you get. It took me five tries to even destroy the first cake bomb, but at this point I got this opportunity of creating a striped/colour bomb combo, which won me the level:
