There was an issue in the game last week, which was supposed to be fixed now!
Please try these steps --> Log out of game -- close the App -- clear Cache/cookies -- turn off your device for 5 to 10 minutes & turn it back on -- reopen the App and log back in -- see if you can select the rewards now.
Also, if you are playing on a mobile device, please check for any available updates.
