Sick and tired of being ripped off and totally ignored. It is just straight out rudeness @QueenB
Again the incompetence of the Games Studio comes to the fore. Level 15799 is another "Oops" level. Lost a full Candy necklace again. To me, this is just blatant theft as the glitch has been highlighted by me and others a number of times and nothing is done.

Below my post from last week !!
I was not going to post here anymore as you never even get the courtesy of a reply, let alone problems being fixed.
However @QueenB, I must again bitterly complain at the total incompetence of the Design Studio in not, as promised months and months ago, fixing the "Oops" factor that intermittently shows up in the game. This has occurred again on Level 15764.
This resulted in the loss of my Candy Necklace. If this unfair "tactic" is going to continue at least players should be warned to not start the level with boosters. That way at least you would have a chance.
It is ridiculous that the "Oops" appears without even making a move ๐ก
I know I won't get an answer to this post, but at least it will warn other players to beware !!!

Sure is ๐กI had my win streak in the 100s but lost it last week, got it back to maximum and lost it again this week.
By my reckoning, because of "Oops", I have lost my Candy Necklace half a dozen times in the last year and every time I report it absolutely nothing is done @QueenB

At the beginning of the new levels I lost my Win Streak for no apparent reason believe I was in the 600's. Sams Streak disappears on me so... I am going to pay more attention this, sorta watch it. I have only played the 1st 5 new levels so far. I want some new levels to play on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and the day after Christmas. Want very much to play the side games. As for the "Oops" we shall see...When the game trips me up, I need to get back at it.
p.s. I find that worrying about syncing all is perhaps not so needed.

Just did Level 15799 and did not get the "Oops". Started with a few boosters as possible as I did have a full Candy Necklace. 1st move was not in making a match. Whole lot of stripes, was cautious. Perhaps too cautious to start out.
So far, no "Oops" but I get my fair share! Puzzle Game!

@cookiemae I was just playing some new levels and I think that you were are my map, on Level 15819. I am pretty sure that it is you because no one else has this name. This is exciting, you look like your little profile pic here only in real life. Greetings! Now I don't know that you would like me to show the map with you on it, so I will not.
