Freezing/shutting down…f
I reported earlier about some of your advertisements wrecking the game. It’s still happening, but with MORE ads now. It’s impossible to enjoy playing.when ad for example JIGSAWSCAPES comes up. You can wait for ever, yet when you hit the x the page goes black and shuts the game down. I have to close and restart my iPad to get back and it’s a new game.There are about 4 or 5 different ads that do this. I’m going to give up playing for a few weeks and see if it gets corrected otherwise I’ll give up. It’s frustrating.

I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and send them a complaint. Please follow below steps ⬇️
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel on game map screen or Home screen (where you hit "Play");
- Click on ? icon;
- Go down till you see "Privacy";
- Look for the Option with Ads;
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
You will see all the details info when you select "Report Ad" option. But, HERE is a link from our Community Help Center.
