I want bars in the cauldron, so why did I receive them?

Right after I won those bars, I bought the package for 14.99 which comes with 30 bars I already had 10 so that’s 40 and then I won 34 in the cauldron, so why did he say that I only had 44 so either I didn’t get the ones I purchased or I didn’t get the ones in the cauldron when I added up it looks like I didn’t get the ones for the 30 I purchased either way I’m missing bars and I paid for them and one of their Square

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! I need a clarification... do you have 44 Gold Bars or 40 Gold Bars in your game?

For either of the issues (a) not receiving rewards, (b) not receiving purchases; you will have to contact King Player Support team. But, you will have to follow few different steps! Hence, I need the clarification, so that I can provide proper steps for you to send complaint.

You said you have purchased package! Do you remember what all the items included in that package? Then, you can determine whether you are missing the rewards or purchased items.
