But I’ve lost every thing on iPad phone is on correct level iPads started from scratch how do I sort this

I am sorry to hear that you lost the level progress on your game!! But, since your phone has full progress, there is an easy way to bring the progress back on iPad too.
First, try this --> log out of your game on iPad -- close the App -- turn off Wi-Fi -- shutdown your device for about 15 to 30 minutes -- restart your device -- turn on Wi-Fi -- reopen the App and log back in -- play/replay a level and go back to the map screen -- see if your level progress is back.
