Please guy i have a big problem with my candy crush shop. I can't even buy lives with my golds not connecting with my playstore not showing ads for me to continue when i lost a game

Can you try turning off Wi-Fi and turn on the Mobile Data and see if it works? Also, check if your Candy Crush Saga App have any available updates, and install them.
