Shut down

Posting For the third time. When it’s time to click the “x” on certain ads, especially Jigsawscapes, it just makes the screen go black and freeze. Ruins the game. The only way to get back to Candy crush is to shut the iPad down and restart. Then the almost complete game is lost. I’m fully updated on Apple and Candy Crush Saga. Is this ever going to be resolved?

Hi @ChrisMN and welcome to our friendly community. I don’t get any ads in the King game. I did get the for a few months about 8 months ago, but I haven’t seen any in quite awhile.

However I am currently experiencing similar issues in a different game that I play and I have to do the same thing. I suggest you report it to player support - there might be an issue, especially with the ad Jigsawscapes.
